29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Workplace was located at 229 Ocean Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723 Subcontractor's workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of three stories to ground while framing and installing roof trusses during renovation of an existing single-family residence with no fall protection on. Violation was observed on or about March 11, 2024. b) Workplace was located at 229 Ocean Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of three stories to ground while inspecting and directing work during renovation of an existing single-family residence with no fall protection on. Violation was observed on or about March 11, 2024.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Worksite was located at 229 Ocean Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723 The employer failed to provide fall protection training for his employees to be able to recognize fall hazards and be able to take the necessary steps to eliminate those hazards. Violation occurred on or about March 11, 2024.
