29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Worksite was located at 18 Riverdale Avenue, Monmouth Beach, NJ 07750:  Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty two feet to ground as they were framing  an existing two-story single family home undergoing renovation while not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about January 15, 2026  b) Worksite was located at 18 Riverdale Avenue, Monmouth Beach, NJ 07750:  Four subcontractor's workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty two feet to ground as they were framing  an existing two-story single family home undergoing renovation while not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about January 15, 2026  Farrah Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1733715, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 229 Ocean Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723.
