29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. On or about 03/12/2024, at 6830 Tapestry Springs Square, Apollo Beach, Florida, 33572, employees were performing the construction of a residential apartment complex, during which time the employer failed to initiate and maintain safety, health, and accident prevention programs, as may be necessary to comply with this part/construction activities, such as programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, the materials, and the equipment to be made by competent persons; therefore exposing the employees to (1) fall hazards, and (2) struck-by hazards, and (3) caught-in/between hazards, and (4) electrical hazards.
