Newman Technology, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1640660, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2331 George Wallace Drive, Albertville , AL. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
