29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  a). TE Connectivity on or about March 14, 2024 at the location of 175 North Diamond Street, Mansfield,  OH 44902:  The employer did not ensure the flexible cord connected to magnetizer TN-1162 at Line D was secured in a way to ensure strain relief. Employees operating on or around the equipment in this condition were exposed to shock hazards.
