On or about November 7, 2023, and at times prior thereto, workers were installing exterior siding to a residential home under construction without inspections being conducted, exposing workers to hazards such as, but not limited to falls and being struck-by falling materials.

29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about November 7, 2023, a worker was installing siding to the exterior of the home under construction above other workers on the ground without wearing hard hats, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck-by falling objects.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. On or about November 7, 2023, and at times prior thereto, an employee was working from a pump jack at heights above approximately 10 feet without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazard.
