29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: On or about March 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the information contained in the safety data sheets was not available to employees using chemicals, such as, but not limited to, PrimeGuard Ultrapure Def, HiBlu Diesel Exhaust Fluid, propane, and diesel fuel. The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666845, citation number 01, item number 002b and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2606 Old Stage Road, Central Point, Oregon.
