29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting, the load contacted obstructions. a) Establishment, B bay: On or about March 13, 2024, an employee was using a Whiting gantry crane to lift two single leg chain slings out of the way when the hook of a chain sling caught a steel I beam causing the I beam to tip over exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.
