29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1): Annual electronic submission of part 1904 records by establishments with 250 or more employees. The establishment had 250 or more employees at some time during the previous calendar year, and this part required the establishment to keep records, but the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. The employer did not submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: a) Summit Contracting Group: On or about March 19, 2024, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses or equivalent form, for calendar year 2023 on or before March 2, 2024.
