However, the employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually with authorized employees.   b.) 38th Parallel - On or about February 27, 2024, and dates prior to, an electrician performed service and/or maintenance by locking out the electrical panel for the system 1 intermediate exhauster.   However, the employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually with authorized employees.
