29 CFR  1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of Category 2, 3 or 4 flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons:  a) On or about 03/21/2024; in the Mixing Room; employees are exposed to fire hazards when the quantity of Category 2 and 3 flammable, such as but not limited to epoxy vinyl ester resin, Cobalt 6% and Acetone, located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building, was approximately 330 gallons.  b) On or about 03/21/2024; in walkway by the PCX  area; employees are exposed to fire hazards when the quantity of Category 2 and 3 flammable, such as but not limited to epoxy vinyl ester resin, Hetron 197-3 resin, and Hetron 800 resin, located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building, was approximately 990 gallons. 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 F (37.8 C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected.  a) On or about 03/21/2024, in the Acetone stations throughout the production area, when employees dispose of the Acetone from their small container to the 55-gallon drum, employees did not use bonding wires to electrically interconnect the drums and containers together, exposing employees to fire hazards.   b) On or about 03/21/2024, in the mixing room, when employees mixed flammable liquids such as resins (styrene) and catalysts (Cobalt, MEKP)  in 55-gallon drums, employees did not use bonding wires to electrically interconnect the containers or the mixer together exposing employees to fire hazards.
