29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Caliber Collision, 222 22nd Street Greeley, CO 80634; "expansion body shop": On or about March 21, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that the electrical cord at the point of hot contact, on a DF-505 The Maxi Dent Puller, was wrapped in electrical tape was visibly damaged. b) Caliber Collision, 222 22nd Street Greeley, CO 80634; "original body shop": On or about March 21, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that an i5 Pro Spot welder had damaged sheathing, and exposed electrical wires on the strain relief of the transformer gun. c) Caliber Collision, 222 22nd Street Greeley, CO 80634; "original body shop": On or about March 21, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that a DF-505 The Maxi Dent Puller, had damaged and exposed electrical wire at the point of hot contact.
