29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:   (a)M&M Framing, LLC at 4463 Sooners Way, Rapid City, SD 57703:  On or about and at times prior to March 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a safety program which provided for frequent and regular inspections was implemented. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards,  ladder hazards and a lack of training.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a)M&M Framing, LLC at 4463 Sooners Way, Rapid City, SD 57703:  On or about and at times prior to March 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls during framing operations on a residential property due to no fall protection system in place.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than six feet.
