29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) West end of the office. Inside of an employee's cubicle: A 120-volt ISOBAR Relocatable Power Tap was daisy chained into another 120-volt ISOBAR Relocatable Power Tap to provide power to the cubicle. b) West end of the office. Inside of an employee's cubicle: An ISOBAR Relocatable Power Tap designed and listed for a high concentration of low powered loads, such as printers, computers, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to a high-powered load such as a mini fridge of unknown manufacture. c) East end of the office. Inside of an employee's cubicle: An ISOBAR Relocatable Power Tap designed and listed for a high concentration of low powered loads, such as printers, computers, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to a high-powered load such as a Soleil ceramic space heater, model number PTC-915B.
