Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) On or about 03/15/2024, employer did not ensure that pallets of 12" split couplers weighing approximately 320lbs were stacked, blocked, interlocked, and limited in height so that they are stable and secure while stored outside after a storm exposing employees to collapse of the unstable split couplers stack.
