(a) On or about March 27, 2024, and at times prior thereto, U S Forest Service, Redmond Air Center, employees were exposed to occupational injury and illness when their employer failed ensure that the aisles leading to, from, and in-between the shelving units on the second floor of the aviation maintenance hangar (storage area) were free from excess equipment and materials, tools, and parts.

S. Forest Service DBA Tiller Ranger District.
