On or about March 26,2024, on the front of trailer 981; employees engaged in oil and gas activities and utilized a damaged electrical receptacle. The Ener Star Rentals & Services, LTD, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(b)(7)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661828, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Cactus Rig #168, 4.5 miles N Direction from Pecos, TX 79772 The Ener Star Rentals & Services, LTD, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(b)(7)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660979, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 19,2023, with respect to a workplace located at Cactus Rig #172, 4.5 miles N Direction from Pecos, TX 79772.
