At a job site located near I-70 Bridge Project Rocheport 185 Mile River, Rocheport MO; employees were exposed to fall hazards when the employer  did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of other fall protection to be used. This was evident on or about 3-19-2024 when an employee was improperly using a positioning belt and fell, resulting in hospitalization.
