29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: At a job site located near I-70 Bridge Project Rocheport 185 Mile River, Rocheport MO; employees are exposed to airborne respirable silica hazards and general respirator usage hazards when grinding concrete surfaces on a bridge. The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine an employee's ability to use a respirator before employees were required to use a respirator.
