29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a ) New Single Residential Construction; Roof: On or about 03/28/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 6-inches and greater to the lower ground level, in that frequent and regular inspections were not conducted to discover and eliminate fall hazards as employees were engaged in installing insulation on a 6/12 pitch roof.
