29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On the front 6:12 roof: on June 26, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10.4 feet form the eave to the ground in that no fall protection system was used while installing install sheathing to the to the roof trusses.
