29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) Residential construction located at 5220 Woodline View Cir, NE, Auburn, GA, 30011 on the Roof: On or about 4/1/2024, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating this tool. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards which included plastic collated fragments, wood debris, and 2-3/8-inch fasteners.
