Employees were handling Keson ProChalk permanent marking chalk, diesel fuel, and gasoline. The chemical hazards associated with these chemicals include: skin and eye irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, throat, lung and respiratory tract irritation, silicosis/siderosis, vomiting and/or diarrhea, suspected of causing cancer and may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Additionally, diesel fuel and gasoline, can both act as a fueling agents due to their extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor.
