On April 1, 2024, the employer did not provide the proper materials to stabilize the ladders employees were using. 29 CFR 1926.452(k)(1):Platforms exceeded a height of 20 feet (6.1 m) LOCATION: 7-9 Capen Street, Milton, MA. The driveway of the worksite. On April 1, 2024, the employer had workers on ladder scaffold platforms at heights (23 feet) that exceed the manufactures specifications of 20 feet. Doing so can cause the scaffolding to give out due to it no being engineered to be over 20 feet, thus causing a fall hazard.
