On or about July 21, 2025, Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof approximately 10 feet off the ground with out any fall protection measures in place. Vellox Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521891, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on November 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Tenney Road Braintree, MA 02184
