29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 3, 2024, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. AGI Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501 Duty to have fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440255, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1016 Mystic Ave., CANON CITY, CO 81212.
