Hanon Systems USA, LLC located at 581 Arrowhead Drive Carey, OH 43316: On or about April 4, 2024 the employer did not provide adequate operable lighting for employees along the exit route. Employees working in Building 1 and Building 2 in this condition were exposed to deficient emergency evacuation access subjecting them to potential injury.
