29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1):Employee(s) were permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:  a. 22 Beacon Avenue , Jersey, NJ 07109  The employer allowed employees to work in close proximity to an energized, unguarded 120-volt electrical line from the street transformer pole that passed through the residential building under construction, exposing them to electrical hazards. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  a. 22 Beacon Avenue , Jersey, NJ 07109  The employer failed to protect its employees working on a residential building under construction from falling through an uncovered holes.
