29 CFR 1926.352(d): Fire extinguishing equipment available in work area(s), where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed, was not maintained in a state of readiness for instant use: a) Third floor of project - On or about April 03, 2024 and at times prior thereto, a Kidde 10-pound Class ABC fire extinguisher used by employee fire watches for soldering operations was found to have been depressurized and not in a state of readiness for instant use.
