29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located on Lot #31 Marchont Drive, Locust Grove, GA 30248: On or about April 8,2024, the employer exposed employees to falls of 17-feet, 5-inches to the lower level, in that complete and adequate fall protection systems were not provided to employees engaged in framing and sheathing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof. Employees were observed working without full body harnesses attached to life-lines or lanyards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) New residential construction located on Lot #31 Marchont Drive, Locust Grove, GA 30248: On or about April 8, 2024 the employer exposed employees to falls of 5-feet, 10-inches to the lower level, in that the employees were allowed to use the top step and cap of the step ladder which is prohibited by the manufacturer.
