29 CFR  1910.253(b)(2)(ii):Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons:  Location: Back of facility, near welding area.  On or about 4/9/24, the employer did not ensure that cylinders that could be knocked over were placed in an assigned area in the following instances:  a) Approximately 12 compressed gas cylinders were located along the side wall of the facility, grouped together in an undesignated area.   b) Two compressed gas cylinders were located, unsecured, next to a flammable storage cabinet and a large roll-up door.  c) A gas cylinder was stored against a wall without any mechanism attaching the cylinder to the wall, a cart, or other storage device. This cylinder had a regulator and hose attached.
