29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered. On or about April 10, 2024, with respect to an establishment located at 10953 HWY 54, Plover, WI 54467, employees were exposed to potential struck-by hazards when forklift operators conducted, "bulldozing" of finished goods, which did not ensure that the load was stable or safely arranged during handling.

29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. On or about April 10, 2024, with respect to an establishment located at 10953 HWY 54, Plover, WI 54467, employees were exposed to potential struck-by hazards when forklift operators conducted, "bulldozing" of finished goods were not able to keep a clear view of the direction of travel while moving multiple pallets of goods over six feet in height.
