29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee was being trained to operate: a) 555A Sandy Hill Road DENVER, PA 17517, Dry food storage area, employees were operating powered industrial trucks where there is a presence of underride hazards without receiving the necessary awareness training in line with the operating instructions for the powered industrial trucks, on or about April 11, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
