29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  A) 3451 S Clinton Ave South Plainfield, NJ 07080       All Pro 2 AAB (Picker) unit  The interlock on the D-2 Winder cabinet door was not in proper working order. When the cabinet door was open the unit didn't stop as the interlock was physically overridden. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.   Hazard noted on or about 04/12/24
