29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(i):Engineering and work practice controls were not used to eliminate or minimize employees exposure in that safety engineered needles were not utilized: (a) on or about 21 March 2024 and at times prior there to, employees in the medical building of Oregon Air National Guard located at 6801 NE Cornfoot Road, Portland, Oregon 97218, were exposed to the sequalae of needle stick injuries in that the vacutainer needles did not have safety tips.
