29 CFR 1910.147(c)(2)(ii): The employer's tagout energy control program procedures did not successfully comply with 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(3) and no lockout was provided for employee protection: a) Paint Department; On or about April 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and electrical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure the use of lockout/tagout when employees were required to remove the paint booth robot's spray gun, bells, and elbows for cleaning.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolate: a) Paint Department; On or about April 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees are exposed to struck-by and electrical hazards, in that the employer did not provide authorized lockout/tagout training to paint technicians and paint maintenance workers who are required to remove and clean the spray guns, bells, and elbows of the paint booth robots.
