29 CFR 1910.176(a):Clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. On or about April 16 2024, in the "C" entrance of the warehouse, employer did not ensure that pedestrian walkways and forklift operation aisles and passageways were appropriately marked.
