29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 13543 114th St., Kearney, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep residential roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Capa Roofing Experts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1696912, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8101 SE Dolly Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access: Worksite located at 13543 114th St., Kearney, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder being used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. The Capa Roofing Experts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1696912, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8101 SE Dolly Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri.
