At the worksite, located at 1534 Bloomingdale Ave Valrico, Fl 33596; On or about 4/17/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that hard hats were not worn and provided to employees walking and working on the ground level as roofers worked above approximately 18 ft and 10 ft throwing shingle and plywood materials to the ground level.
