29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about April 16, 2024, from a height greater than 6 feet above the ground on the southeast side of the roof, employees without fall protection were installing roofing materials on a two-story residential home. EULISIS CASTELLANO LOPEZ DBA EULISIS L CASTELLANO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1552051, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 30, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3435 DRY CREEK DR., MISSOURI CITY, TX 77459.
