29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Parts and Tires Supply Area - On or about April 19, 2024, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to blocked access to electric panels located along the rear wall and obstructions in the working space in front of these electrical panels.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed: a) Service Area (front emergency exit) - On or about April 19, 2024, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to barrels, buckets, equipment, and a fan from an egress route employees are expected to use for emergency evacuation. b) Tire Storage Area (back emergency exit) - On or about April 19, 2024, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to tires and storage boxes, from an egress route employees are expected to use for emergency evacuation. The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe, & Jack LLC, dba Pep Boys, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449876, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 875 S Willow Street in Manchester, NH 03103.
