At the worksite located at 1628 S Maiden Lane, Joplin, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fire, slip and trip hazards. 1. The walking working surface was not kept free of accumulation of tomato pomace in the rail barn. 2. The walking working surface was not kept free of accumulation of tomato pomace in the blower shed.
