OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to impalement hazards.   a. On or about April 24, 2024, at a jobsite located at 2 E Sandusky St, Fredericktown, OH 43019, employees were exposed to impalement hazards when working around unprotected concrete form-work pins.  The concrete pins were protruding out of the ground approximately 12 inches without protective covers, caps or other means of protection.
