29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure  On or about 25 April 2024, Apex Metal Finishing company utilized temporary wiring in lieu of permanent wiring via a zip-tied extension cord on a sulfuric acid tank powering a pipe monitor for the chemical, which exposed employees to fire hazards.
