1926.503(c)(3) The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) Jobsite, Kurtz School Village Lot 7/8: On or about April 25, 2024, employees fastened roof trusses on a three-story residential home. The employees worked at a height approximately 28 feet above grade without utilizing any fall protection. b) Jobsite, Kurtz School Village Lot 7/8: On or about April 25, 2024, employees fastened roof trusses on a three-story residential home. The employees worked at a height approximately 8 feet above the lower level without utilizing any fall protection. Corrected during the inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
