29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Aquila Circle Lot #52 Carlisle, PA - On or about February 5, 2025, employees performed carpentry work on the second story of a residential home at a height of approximately 11 feet above grade. They were not trained in appropriate fall protection methods to avoid hazards associated with elevated work areas.  JK King Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1744206, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 17997 Dave Anne Circle Stewartstown, PA.   Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date.
