29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) On or about November 15, 2024, the employer did not submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on September 30, 2024, with an abatement due date of October 10, 2024.  b) On or about November 15, 2024, the employer did not submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 2 issued on September 30, 2024, with an abatement due date of October 10, 2024.  c) On or about November 15, 2024, the employer did not submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 3 issued on September 30, 2024, with an abatement due date of October 10, 2024.

29 CFR  1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas:  On or about April 30, 2024, on the northside of the residential construction, employees were working in areas that were not kept clear of scrap lumber with protruding nails and other debris while conducting construction activities.   W. Flores Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.25(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673857, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1822 Brittle Place, El Paso, TX 79911.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about April 30, 2024, on the right side of the residential construction, employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection while performing framing activities.  W. Flores Framing LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.501(b)(13),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1720663, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12900 Bob Hope Drive, El Paso, TX 79928 .  W. Flores Framing LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.501(b)(13),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673857, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1822 Brittle Place, El Paso, TX 79911 .
