29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas:  On or about December 4, 2024, on the southwest side of the residential construction, employees were working in areas that were not kept clear of scrap lumber with protruding nails and other debris while conducting construction activities.   W. Flores Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.25(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1744946, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2371 Enchanted Rock, El Paso, TX 79911.  W. Flores Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.25(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673857, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1822 Brittle Place, El Paso, TX 79911.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about December 4, 2024, on the northwest side of the residential construction, employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection while performing framing activities.  W. Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673857, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1822 Brittle Place, El Paso, TX 79911.
