On or about April 30, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, twenty-one (21) feet four (4) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about April 30, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, twenty-one (21) feet two (2) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  c.  On or about April 30, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, eight (8) feet two (2) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  J.N.P. Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1580781, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8843 Dunlap Reef Drive in Frankfort, Illinois.
