29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a.) At the worksite, located at 28090 Quails Nest Ln Bonita Springs, FL 34135; On or about 4/30/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that head protection was not used by employees on the ground level while overhead framing operations were conducted on a newly constructed commercial building with an aerial lift, pneumatic nail guns, plywood wood and hammers.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.) At the worksite, located at 28090 Quails Nest Ln Bonita Springs, FL 34135; On or about 4/30/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 ft in that fall protection was not used or provided for employees conducting overhead framing operations on a newly constructed commercial building.
